Run a day in your shop
Work through orders, stock and customer follow-up without losing track of what changed.
User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.
Where: Dashboard, Overview, Notifications, Orders, Catalog
- Start with Overview and Notifications. Open each order, low-stock warning or enquiry that needs attention. Alerts show the record as it is now, so read the current status before acting.
- Open Orders. Check how the buyer paid and verify any UPI receipt in your own payment account. Confirm orders you can fulfil, pack parcels, then record the courier and tracking number when you ship.
- Review low-stock products in Catalog. Open Inventory for the product or option, refresh the count, and record the actual adjustment or counted stock. If an operation has an uncertain result, recover that same operation before entering another.
- Open Enquiries, Waiting list and Saved bags for follow-up. A WhatsApp link opens a prepared message in your app; review it and press send yourself. Saved-bag recovery and waiting-list product links use your shop’s Kyloth address, even if a custom-domain preference is saved. Mark follow-up only when it reflects the work you have done.
- Review customer reviews and journal comments. Reply where useful, and check the public page after moderation. Keep the customer’s original words intact.
- At the end of the day, filter Orders to the period you need and export it. Review spend and customer figures with the same period in mind. Record marketing spend once for each amount you intend to count.
You should finish with order statuses that match the parcels, stock changes you can explain, and customer follow-up you can find again. An alert marked read is not proof that an order was fulfilled or a message was delivered.
