Prepare a product listing worksheet

Download saved product facts for review before preparing a marketplace upload.

These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Dashboard, Catalogue

  1. Sign in as the shop owner or an admin. In Catalogue, choose the search, status and sort you need, then select Listing worksheet · CSV or Listing worksheet · Excel.
  2. Open the downloaded file and review each product or option. The worksheet includes saved listing facts, identifiers, image references and review issues. Image references are links in the data, not downloaded photographs.
  3. Check missing details against the marketplace's current category template and your own product records. Prepare the required upload file in the seller panel's format, then review it before uploading manually.

This is a master worksheet, not a verified Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho template. Downloading it does not create a listing, change stock or publish a product. Kyloth does not invent missing identifiers or category requirements. The worksheet is separate from the ordinary catalogue Export and is not a catalogue-import or restore file.

Each file can contain up to 1,000 products. Large amounts of related data or text can also exceed the safe file limits. If preparation is refused, narrow your filters and try again; Kyloth does not send a partial worksheet. Keep identifiers as text when editing a CSV so leading zeroes are preserved. Formula-like text may start with an apostrophe for spreadsheet safety.
