For restaurants and cafes

From kitchen prep
to the last bill.

A restaurant needs more than a bill. Table is being built around preparation, orders, kitchen work, payments and the next service.

The complete journey we’re building

From kitchen preparation to the last bill of the day.

Kyloth Table is being built for the work from start to finish. Begin with the parts your team needs, then add more as they become available.

  1. Prepare

    Get ready for service

Plan menus, prices, ingredients, tables and staff. Connect purchasing, recipes and stock to what the kitchen can serve.

  2. Welcome

    Give each guest a place

Handle reservations, walk-ins and orders. Make it clear when a request is waiting and when the restaurant has accepted it.

  3. Serve

Keep the kitchen and floor together

Send the same order to the right people. Track preparation, changes, unavailable dishes and what has been served.

  4. Close

Finish the bill and the shift

Split bills, record payments and handle authorised refunds. Check unpaid bills and cash differences before closing.

  5. Return

    Prepare for the next visit

Review food costs, delivery orders and outlet results. Plan staff work and keep in touch with guests who choose to hear from you.

What you can explore

Explore restaurant website designs, public menu examples and the explanations of menu, kitchen and billing tools.

Still being completed

Purchasing, delivery connections, outlet operations and mobile workflows are being completed. Offline service and printing need checks on real devices before they can be promised.

Start with the problem you want to solve.

These are the subscription options we’re shaping. Choose a focused solution or bring the full product together. Prices and paid access are not open yet.

Made for you

Start from where you are.

Three people arrive at Table, and none of them arrives in the same state. Pick the line that sounds like you; the plate written for your first day comes forward.

  • Written for you

    The beginner

A first menu on paper, and every price still in your head.

    Day one with Table

Table is designed to start at the menu: each dish with its portions, choices and a price that can be checked before the first order.

  • Written for you

    The small business

Service runs, but a missing extra or an unpriced portion turns into an argument at the counter.

    Day one with Table

The direction is one dish record the counter and the kitchen read the same way, so the rush is not the moment a choice gets decided.

  • Written for you

    The professional

A kitchen with standards: allergens, portions and consistency that have to hold.

    Day one with Table

Table is designed to keep portions, required choices and sold-out cases explicit, so a standard is written down rather than remembered.

A considered menu

Portions. Choices.
One clear handover.

First the offer, then the path to it

Let guests understand what makes it yours.

A clear menu helps guests compare portions, prices and extras. A restaurant website and a menu you share by link read the same dish list your team keeps up to date.

This artwork illustrates the idea. It is not a screenshot of the app.

Where Table stands

Build the service from a precise menu.

5 of 113 tracked build packages complete.

  1. Restricted foundation

    Reached

Save dishes, portions, extras and availability in one product list. Checks prevent an older edit from replacing a teammate’s newer changes.

  2. Draft inspection

    Reached

Check the selection. The editor can inspect a portion, quantity and extras against the current draft. Required choices, sold-out options and invalid quantities refuse a price. Saving remains a separate action.

  3. Service tools

    Live

    Here today

Counter orders, kitchen tickets, the floor and restaurant bills, built and tested by our team. Sign-up is coming soon. Online payments need their own checks before public use.

The seven-part offer

The right dish. The right choices. One clear handover.

Make every dish clear: its portion, price and available extras. Give the team the same details before the next order comes in.

See what we have built
  1. A menu everyone understands

One record for each dish, with portions, extras, availability and a clear total price. The counter, the kitchen and the bill read the same record.

  2. Clear up choices before the rush

An unavailable extra. A portion without a price. A required choice nobody captured. Those small gaps travel from guest to counter to kitchen. Define the choices at the menu, where the team can check them.

  3. Keep one list of dishes

Table keeps dishes in the same product list as Commerce. It adds portions, extras and rules such as choosing a side with a meal. The tools check the total price, including paise. Kitchen tickets and the bill start from the same dish.

  4. What we have checked

Our tests check that menu choices save correctly and that an old edit cannot replace a newer one. Only approved owners and admins can use the editor. It also checks the price of a sample order. Sign-up is coming soon.

  5. Know the work and the full cost

Owners still supply accurate dishes, prices, portions, availability and service decisions. Commercial terms are not open. Before payment, confirm subscription and tax, domain registration/renewal, hosting, storage/bandwidth, photos, image generation, video, content, setup/support, hardware/printers, payment fees, messaging and delivery charges. No all-inclusive service bundle is promised.

  6. Check the fit before commitment

Explore the proposed workflow and current boundaries first. Table does not take a subscription payment here. Existing platform refund terms remain the reference; no restaurant outcome or new refund guarantee is offered.

    Read existing refund terms
  7. Move when the menu is ready

Prepare a small representative menu with portions, required choices and sold-out cases. That gives your first setup something concrete to test. Sign-up is coming soon; no date, cohort or capacity is promised.

Clear answers.
An informed next step.

What the foundation is, what it is not, and how to ask about your own menu.

What exists today?

A menu editor that saves portions, required and optional choices and availability on the same catalogue records Commerce uses, and refuses a write made against an older version. Kitchen, floor and billing tools read the same dishes. Our team has built and tested them. Sign-up is coming soon.

What is the draft inspection?

A check inside that editor. Pick a portion, a quantity and some extras, and it prices the selection against the current draft. A missing required choice, a sold-out extra or an impossible quantity gets no price at all. It sits behind an active Table grant and owner or admin membership.

How do I ask about my own restaurant?

Press “Ask us about Kyloth Table” and describe the menu: the dishes, the choices guests make and the cases that go wrong in the rush. You sign up for nothing, and the support page says plainly that a response time is not promised.

What data does Table touch?

Menu data first: dishes, portions, choices, availability and their prices, kept on the Commerce catalogue a business already owns, and the orders and bills made from them. Sending us a question shares only what you write in it.

Let guests get a feel for your place before they arrive.

The room, the food, the care behind your menu. Discuss a restaurant or café website that brings those details together and makes planning a visit simple.

From exploring the menu to planning a visit.

Ideas to shape your brief

  • Restaurant or café story
  • Food photography and menu layouts
  • Location and opening information
  • Routes to supported enquiries or reservations

A separate project. A clear quote.

Custom design is a higher-priced option than choosing a ready-made design. We quote the one-time design and development fee after discussing your business and scope. Your product subscription is separate.

Send an enquiry to discuss fit and availability. This does not book a project or take a payment. New customer sign-up remains closed.
