About Kyloth

Our story · Built for India first

Start with the business.
Build around its people.

The work already matters. The tools should help more people see it.

Morning light across an empty oak studio table with a notebook, pencil and ceramic cup.
Behind every order is a business at work. Illustrative scene.

01 · The starting point

A business is already happening.

A sweet shop takes orders on WhatsApp. A wholesaler keeps stock in a spreadsheet. A studio finishes the work, then sits down to send its invoices. None of them begins with software. Each begins with something useful to offer, and people who value it.

That is Kyloth’s starting point: the way a business actually works. Its catalogue, its conversations, its customers and the habits that have taken years to settle into. The tools should respect that work.

02 · A place of your own

Make the value easier to see.

A good offer needs room to explain itself. What is it made of? Which option is right? What does delivery involve? A storefront gives those answers a place to live, and gives the owner one link to share with a customer.

Commerce is the first part of that idea: category-specific storefronts, a catalogue and a buying journey that can be inspected before committing. The theme preview and the merchant’s shop use the same renderer, so the design being considered is the design being built on.

03 · Depth before breadth

India is the starting point.

Rupees, cash on delivery, marketplace exports and conversations on a phone are part of the brief. A useful product has to fit the market it serves, including the devices, connections and working habits people already have.

The ambition reaches beyond the storefront: stock, books, people, appointments and customer relationships. Each product has its own work to understand and its own acceptance bar. A place in the product family is a direction, not a claim that it is already available.

04 · Earn the next step

Show the work. State the limits.

Kyloth is still being built. There are no customer success figures or testimonials to substitute for evidence. Instead, there are working storefront previews, visible product statuses and a clear account of what is still planned.

The next chapter is practical: make each part useful, let people inspect it, and expand when the work is ready.
