Your business has its own story. Give it a design of its own.

Start with a ready-made design, or discuss a custom one shaped around your customers, your content and the way you work. Available to discuss for all five Kyloth products.

A separate project. A clear quote.

Custom design is a higher-priced option than choosing a ready-made design. We quote the one-time design and development fee after discussing your business and scope. Your product subscription is separate.

From your first idea to an agreed launch.

  1. Tell us about your business

Share who you serve, what visitors should do and what your current website is missing. A short note is enough to start the discussion.

  2. Agree the work and the quote

We discuss pages, content, supported features, review rounds and timing. Agree the written scope and price before work begins. The quote separates the project fee from ongoing costs.

  3. Review the design and build

For an agreed project, the work follows the approved brief. Review the copy, images, phone layouts and customer steps before launch.

  4. Plan launch and future changes

Agree the launch checks and handover. Extra pages, new features and ongoing design help need their own scope and price.

What the quote needs to cover

Page layouts, mobile behaviour, copywriting, photography or image production, video, search basics, accessibility checks, review rounds and launch support must be listed as included or separately priced. Bring your own content, or discuss help creating it.

Product subscriptions, domain registration and renewal, hosting, storage, bandwidth, applicable taxes and external services must be itemised separately where relevant. Commerce commission and payment, delivery or returns charges still follow their own terms. A custom design does not add an unavailable product feature or promise search rankings.

Ongoing website maintenance and design changes are optional and quoted separately.

Send an enquiry to discuss fit and availability. This does not book a project or take a payment. New customer sign-up remains closed.

Independent add-ons. Connected when you choose.

Add-ons for every product.
Each one on its own terms.

Mail, Social, Marketing, AI assistance and customer chatbots are planned as independent products, each with its own scope, access and pricing. Connecting one to Commerce, Desk, Table, Clinic or Class will need your permission.

Planned

Kyloth Mail

Give customers a clear way to reach you.

A planned independent email product for your business, with optional connections to the Kyloth tools your team uses.

Mail has a local pilot. Hosted customer mailboxes are not open yet. Each product connection will need its own permissions, sender checks and delivery acceptance.

Planned

Kyloth Social

Turn your products into useful stories.

Build your brand with useful product stories, a steady posting rhythm and replies that help people. Review what brings useful visits and enquiries.

Planned as an independent product for content calendars, post approvals, publishing and reports. Connect a Kyloth product only when that integration is available and you approve its access.

Planned

Kyloth Marketing

Give every ad a clear destination.

A planned independent product for campaign planning, paid ads and reporting. Use it when your offer and destination are ready, with a clear budget and goal.

Optional connections can bring in approved product and campaign context. Account ownership, tracking permission, ad spend and software or service fees stay separate. Results are not guaranteed.

Planned

AI assistance

Help your team find the next useful answer.

A planned add-on for finding approved information and preparing useful drafts, designed for optional connections across Kyloth products.

Define approved sources, data access and staff review. Provider choice, usage limits and costs must be agreed. A draft is reviewed before it becomes a customer promise.

Planned

Customer chatbots

Answer common questions. Know when to hand over.

A planned add-on for common questions and customer enquiries. Each product connection needs approved answers and a clear path to a person.

Use approved answers, show the bot’s limits and test handovers. Order access requires customer verification. A chatbot must not invent stock, delivery dates or refund decisions.

Setup support · Planned

Setup & integrations

Make the buying journey work from end to end.

Plan storefront setup, payment connections, delivery tools and the handover from an order to customer support.

Confirm provider approval, account access and any custom work. Test successful and failed payments, duplicate events, refunds and delivery updates before real customers rely on them.

Add-ons and their integrations are still in preparation. Each will have its own scope, access and pricing; connecting products will require your permission. Setup support is separate. Sign-up and service bookings are coming soon.

Social media, with a purpose

Plan. Review. Publish.
Then learn.

Start with the questions your customers ask. Turn those answers into posts, connect them to the right product page and review what happens next.

This is the planned Kyloth Social workflow. Publishing and product connections are not live yet.

  1. Plan the week

Agree topics, products, channels and dates in a shared content calendar.

  2. Approve the post

Review the words, images and destination before anything is published.

  3. Connect the conversation

Decide who handles comments and enquiries, and when they move to Desk.

  4. Review what helped

Look at useful visits, enquiries and orders where tracking permits—not just likes.
