For doctors, dentists, vets

From first visit
to ongoing care.

Care continues after the appointment. Clinic is being built around bookings, patient records, bills and follow-up, with the care team in control.

Clinic is live. Our team has tested it. New sign-ups are not open yet.

The complete journey we’re building

From booking a visit to following through on care.

Kyloth Clinic is being built for the work from start to finish. Begin with the parts your team needs, then add more as they become available.

  1. Book

    Help patients find a time

Show the practice and its services. Manage clinician availability, bookings, cancellations and changes.

  2. Welcome

    Make arrival easier

Help reception see who has arrived, who is waiting and which clinician is seeing the patient.

  3. Care

Keep the right record at hand

Bring consent, patient history and consultation records into the care team's workflow. Clinical decisions stay with qualified professionals.

  4. Pay

    Explain the bill clearly

Connect charges, receipts and payments. Keep corrections, part payments and refunds visible to the people handling them.

  5. Follow through

    Support the next step

Manage reviewed care reminders, follow-up visits and patient access, with permission and a way to stop messages.

What you can explore

Explore practice website designs and read how booking, queues, consent, restricted records and reviewed reminders are being developed.

Still being completed

Billing, patient access, retention and specialty workflows have further delivery and professional-review checks. Clinic is for outpatient practices; a hospital system or autonomous diagnosis is not offered.

Start with the problem you want to solve.

These are the subscription options we’re shaping. Choose a focused solution or bring the full product together. Prices and paid access are not open yet.

New sign-ups are not open yet. The full journey above describes the product direction, not a promise that every feature is ready today.

Who we are designing for

Different practices. A shared need for an organised day.

Clinic is being shaped for general and primary care, dentistry, medical and surgical specialists, and diagnostic and support doctors. These scenes introduce intended professional contexts, not treatment advice or available specialty tools.

Made for you

Start from where you are.

Three people arrive at Clinic, and none of them arrives in the same state. Pick the line that sounds like you; the plate written for your first day comes forward.

  • Written for you

    The beginner

A new practice, a borrowed diary and patients who call to ask when.

    Day one with Clinic

Clinic is designed to give each practitioner and location a diary of its own from the first appointment.

  • Written for you

    The small business

Reception holds the day together, mostly by phone and partly by memory.

    Day one with Clinic

The direction is one view of the day that reception, the practitioner and each location read the same way.

  • Written for you

    The professional

Several practitioners, more than one location, and boundaries that matter.

    Day one with Clinic

Clinic is designed to keep those boundaries: who sees which diary, and who owns the next step after each visit.

The shape of a considered day

One place. Several people. A shared rhythm.

Reception organises the arrival. The practitioner owns the consultation. Each location has its own diary. The software should preserve those boundaries while making the handover easier to understand.

Original 3D concept art: three rooms and one day, given a shape. It is not a claim that patient booking, reminders or records are available.

Where Clinic stands

Know what you can rely on today.

Clinic is live. Our team has built and tested its appointment tools. Sign-up is coming soon. It does not provide treatment advice or claim legal certification.

9 of 55 tracked build packages complete.

  1. Restricted foundation

    Reached

Staff, patient contact details, locations and appointment times. Checks for overlapping bookings and tools to recover a booking after a delayed reply. Tested by our team.

  2. Staff diary

    Reached

Staff can view the diary for locations assigned to them. Managers have separate booking controls.

  3. Bookings, reminders and the record

    Live

    Here today

Bookings patients make themselves, medication reminders and one patient record, built and tested by our team with made-up appointments. Sign-up is coming soon. Billing and connections to other health services still need further implementation and acceptance.

The seven-part offer

Help reception plan the day.

Keep each appointment with the person, time and location it belongs to. Our team has tested these tools with made-up appointments.

Clinic is live. Sign-up is coming soon, so practices cannot start yet. Public patient booking is not open until they can.

See what we have built
  1. Each visit, clearly recorded

A diary that shows who a patient will see, where and when. Clinic records appointments and changes, and patients can book themselves. A restricted front-desk queue also supports arrivals and walk-ins.

  2. The problems reception faces

A booking taken by phone. A doctor working at two locations. A cancellation that nobody passed on. Reception needs to know who handles each appointment and which times are free.

  3. The pieces that belong together

Patient contact details, staff records, locations and appointment times, with medication reminders and one patient record. The tools check for overlapping bookings and keep a history of changes. Staff see the locations assigned to them. Billing and receipts are planned parts of the full practice journey and still need implementation and acceptance.

  4. What we have checked

Our tests check booking times, appointment changes and what happens when a booking reply is delayed. They also check that staff can only read records they have permission to see. This page explains that work; it is not a public app demo.

    Read the evidence and limits
  5. Your work and the costs

Your practice will need to provide accurate staff details, locations and booking rules. We have not confirmed prices or measured time savings. Costs to confirm include subscription, taxes, setup, support, hosting, cloud storage, attachments, messaging and AI. Domain registration and renewal, images, video and content also need a clear price.

  6. Try it before deciding

Use made-up appointments first. Check booking rules and who can see each record before adding patient details. Sign-up is not open yet, and billing and payments are still being completed. Platform refund terms do not promise a result or legal certification for Clinic.

  7. Start with how your practice works

Tell us your locations, who sees patients, who takes bookings and which rules matter. There is no announced launch deadline or limited number of places.

Tell us how your practice works

Clear answers.
An informed next step.

What the foundation is, what the staff diary is, and how to ask about your own practice.

What exists today?

A scheduling foundation: practitioners, patient contacts, places, availability and blackout windows with collision checks, and an appointment lifecycle. On top of it, bookings patients make themselves, medication reminders and one patient record. Our team has built and tested them. Sign-up is coming soon.

What is the staff diary?

A read-only staff diary that shows each person the places they are assigned to, behind a permission gate that is off by default. It is tested with fictional appointments. It is not a public demo, and nobody can sign up to it from this page.

How do I ask about my own practice?

Press “Ask us about Kyloth Clinic” and describe the day: your locations, who books, who sees patients and where it slips. You sign up for nothing, and the support page says plainly that a response time is not promised.

What data does Clinic touch?

The restricted foundation includes scheduling and patient contacts, plus separately controlled consent, care records and reviewed medication reminders. Access depends on each person’s role. Billing and wider care connections are still being completed; no clinical compliance certification is claimed. Sending us a question shares only what you write in it; leave patient details out of it.

Help patients understand your practice before a visit.

A patient wants to know who they will meet, what care you offer and how to reach you. Discuss a practice website that makes those answers clear and welcoming.

From understanding the practice to finding the right contact.

Ideas to shape your brief

  • Practice identity and services
  • Approved practitioner profiles
  • Location and visit guidance
  • Routes to supported appointment enquiries

A separate project. A clear quote.

Custom design is a higher-priced option than choosing a ready-made design. We quote the one-time design and development fee after discussing your business and scope. Your product subscription is separate.

Send an enquiry to discuss fit and availability. This does not book a project or take a payment. New customer sign-up remains closed.

Your next step

Start with the day
as it really runs.

Describe how your day runs today. That tells us more than any feature list could.
