Today uses India Standard Time, matching the place diary. Review a recorded missed visit or an earlier booking whose scheduled end has passed. Open its location diary to check what happened and arrange the next step using the existing controls. A late booking is not automatically a no-show. The list sends no reminder and makes no clinical decision. The legacy Schedule editor continues to label its times UTC. Today shows at most one hundred appointments and displays a notice when limited.
