Where: Table → Service
- An owner or admin opens the service workspace and opens or selects a service. Check the service reference before entering work.
- Choose a saved dish, portion, quantity and modifiers. Add the selection to the kitchen draft and check every line and its displayed subtotal.
- For a single unrouted ticket, choose Record kitchen ticket. Confirm it appears in saved history. In Station routing, choose an active station and Route whole ticket.
- To divide a new draft across kitchens, choose Station for draft line for every line. Review the grouped preview and choose Record and route station tickets. Each whole line belongs to one station; use separate draft lines when quantities need different kitchens.
- Check all saved tickets and routes. Printing is a separate action. If the response is unknown, keep the submitted request unchanged and use Retry same service request. After reloading, inspect history before creating another request.
- The grouped draft supports up to 50 lines and 20 station groups. Incomplete assignments keep the grouped save unavailable.
- A saved ticket retains its original instructions even when menu names or prices change. Whole-ticket routing cannot be edited after saving.
- The selection subtotal is not a settled bill. Ticket recording does not collect money, issue a GST invoice or reserve stock.
