Where: Table → Kitchen → Station handoff services

  1. Select your active assigned station and a service with work routed there. Review its quantities and latest paper counts.
  2. Choose Offer station handoff. Select a different Receiving station employee who is currently assigned to that station, add any note and save the offer. Share the station/service link through your internal process.
  3. The receiving employee signs in and opens Review station receipt. They compare the snapshot with live work, record an exception note where needed, confirm the review and choose Accept station handoff.
  4. When station work or service status changes, refresh and request a new offer. Changes confined to a different station do not invalidate this station's review.
  5. For an uncertain save, use Retry same station request or inspect stored history after reload. Add Follow-up exception note for later observations; use Download saved receipt to export the displayed receipt and notes.
  • Employees need current membership, assignment, an active station and Table access. Removing assignment denies saved station links. Historical attribution stays in the receipt.
  • Station receipts exclude prices and other stations. Managers can inspect Station handoff overview in Service, but reading it does not accept or resolve an exception.
  • The screen discloses bounded service, offer, note and receiver lists. Reviews exceeding 1,000 station tickets cannot produce a complete offer or acceptance. Follow-up notes cannot silently change preparation or paper outcomes.
