For any business that wants its own address

Business mailboxes,
shared with care.

A shared address with no record of who can open it. Business mailboxes on your own domain, with access given to each person and taken back when they leave.

This product is live. New sign-ups are not open yet. You can explore how it works below.

An address of your own, and a clear list of who may open it. Illustrative photography.

From your own domain to a mailbox each person can open, and close, on their own.

The complete journey we’re building for Kyloth Mail covers the work from start to finish. Begin with the parts your team needs, then add more as they become available.

  1. Prove

    Show the domain is yours

Add one TXT record at your DNS host and check it from Mail. Kyloth never edits your DNS, and proof covers that exact domain only.

  2. Create

Make mailboxes up to your plan

Name a mailbox, reserve its address on the proved domain and ask the mail server to set it up. Each status says only what the server has confirmed.

  3. Share

Decide who reads and who sends

Give each person read access, send access or both, with an end date if you want one. Owners and admins manage a mailbox without reading it.

  4. Connect

    One login for every device

Issue a separate login for each phone or laptop. Replace one, or revoke one, and every other device keeps working.

  5. Close

Take access back the day someone leaves

Remove a person and their device logins are revoked. Revoke a whole mailbox and its messages stay, ready to be set up again.

What you can explore

Businesses with Mail access can prove a domain, create mailboxes up to their plan, set read and send access per person, handle alias requests and issue or revoke a login per device.

Still being completed

A mailbox sends and receives only after Kyloth has connected it to its mail server and your domain's mail records point there. Paid plans are arranged with Kyloth and cannot be bought online yet. Deleting mailboxes, storage quotas and connections to other Kyloth products are not built.

Start with the problem you want to solve.

These are the subscription options we’re shaping. Choose a focused solution or bring the full product together. Prices and paid access are not open yet.

New sign-ups are not open yet. The full journey above describes the product direction, not a promise that every feature is ready today.

Made for you

Start from where you are.

Three people arrive at Mail, and none of them arrives in the same state. Pick the line that sounds like you; the plate written for your first day comes forward.

  • Written for you

    The beginner

A business run from a personal inbox, and customers who see a name that is not yours.

    Day one with Mail

Prove you own your domain with one DNS record, then create a mailbox on it. Kyloth connects it to its mail server with you, and your address goes on every reply.

  • Written for you

    The small business

A support address whose password was shared in a chat and never changed when someone left.

    Day one with Mail

Give each person read or send access on their own. When someone leaves, remove their access and their device logins are revoked. Nobody else changes a password.

    The professional

A practice where a former colleague reading a client thread is a real risk.

    Day one with Mail

Owners and admins manage mailboxes without reading them. Each phone or laptop gets its own login, so one lost device is revoked alone.

The seven-part offer

What it helps you do.

Give each person the mailbox access they need, and take it back the day they leave.

Kyloth Mail is live. Sign-up is coming soon. You cannot sign up or pay for it yet.

Tell us what you need
  1. What it helps with

Give each person the mailbox access they need, and take it back the day they leave.

  2. What gets in the way

One shared password for the support address, a former colleague who still reads it, and nobody who can say who has seen what.

  3. The complete product direction

Business mailboxes on a domain you own, with read and send access given to each person separately and revoked for one person or one device without touching the others. Your plan sets how many mailboxes you can create.

  4. What we have checked

School profiles, academic years, sections, student records and enquiries have an implemented foundation with permission checks. The complete school suite is still being built. New sign-ups are not open yet.

  5. Your work and the costs

You will need to provide your business records and decide who can use them. Pricing and time savings are not confirmed. Before you pay, we must explain the full costs: website address and renewal, hosting, cloud storage, images, video, content, moving your records, support and fees from other services.

  6. Decide before you pay

Read what it does now. We are not asking for payment. Existing platform refund terms apply to eligible purchases; this page does not add a new refund promise.

  7. Tell us what you need

Tell us what you do, who helps you and what gets difficult. That helps us decide what to build next. No opening date or limited number of places has been announced.

What you can use today, what this page is, and how to ask about your own work.

What can I use today?

A business with Mail access can prove its domain, create mailboxes up to its plan, decide who reads and sends from each one, and issue a separate login for every device. A mailbox sends and receives once Kyloth has connected it to its mail server.

So what is this page?

It explains who Kyloth Mail is for and what it does for your kind of work. Sign-up is not open yet, so you cannot buy it from this page.

Will another Kyloth product see my business records?

Not just because you use the same login. A person must have permission for both the product and the business records they need.

How do I ask about Kyloth Mail for my own work?

Choose "Ask us about Kyloth Mail" and tell us what you need help with. This sends a question, not a signup. We cannot promise a reply time.

Your next step

Mail follows it.

Tell us who needs to read your business email, and what worries you about it.
