Save a complete CSV of the current list or filtered group for your own records.

User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Dashboard, Catalog, Orders, Customers

  1. Sign in on the seller dashboard as the shop owner or an admin. Staff members and Kyloth staff viewing as a seller cannot download these bulk exports. An owner or admin can still export when Commerce editing is paused or access is cancelled.
  2. In Catalog, choose the status, search and sort you need, then select Export. The ordinary catalogue view excludes archived products; select Archived to export those records. The file includes the whole matching list, including records beyond the page you are viewing.
  3. In Orders, choose the tab, search and date range, then select Export all orders or Export these orders. The file includes matching orders in oldest-first order, with payment and fulfilment labels, addresses, totals, invoice references and tracking. Order dates use Indian Standard Time.
  4. In Customers, select Export all customers, or choose a customer group and select Export these customers. The file includes customer IDs, names, phone numbers, saved emails, creation times and order-based groups. Cancelled and returned orders do not contribute to the order count or total spent. Customer timestamps are labelled UTC.
  5. Wait for the browser download to finish. Open the CSV with UTF-8 encoding and keep phone numbers as text. Formula-like names or contact details may begin with an apostrophe so the spreadsheet treats them as text.

Each file contains one consistent snapshot of the matching records. It does not stop at 5,000 rows. If the complete file exceeds 128 MiB, contains a record above the safe size limit, or cannot finish preparing within one minute, the request returns an explanation instead of a partial CSV. Narrow the filter and try again, or ask support for help. Wait for an existing download to finish before starting another.

These are three operational CSV files, not a complete shop backup or a restore archive. Catalogue downloads do not include product-option or media files; order downloads do not include item-by-item records. Customer downloads contain Commerce records, not Desk conversations or shared contact history. Downloading contact details does not establish permission to send promotional messages. Store the files privately and share only with people who need them for your business.
