See a marketplace order's return and payout
Open an imported order to see what your uploaded returns and payout reports say about it, and find marketplace work on the home page.
Where: Dashboard, Orders, open an imported order; and Dashboard, Needs You
An order imported from a marketplace has a section named after its channel, below the import note. Return shows whether a report names it as a customer return or an RTO, the report's latest status and date, how many units the report names and how many you have recorded. While units are still unrecorded, Record what came back works here as it does on Channels. Payout shows the order's lines from your payout reports (sale, marketplace fees, shipping fees, tax withheld, refunds and adjustments), what was paid to you, and the settlement date. Left after cost is shown when every item on the order has a cost price and nothing came back: for a refunded order, or once you have put returned units back in stock, the section says why it is not shown, and if an item has no cost price it says the cost is unknown.
When there is no payout, the section says why: no payout report uploaded for that channel yet, no uploaded report covering the order's date, a returns report saying the parcel came back undelivered, or a cancelled order. Every figure comes from a file you uploaded and says the date of that upload. It is not the marketplace's live panel, so upload newer reports to see newer facts.
On the home page, Needs You lists marketplace returns to record (returns your reports name that you have not recorded yet) and marketplace payouts to check (an amount for an order you have not imported, lines that do not add up to the stated net, or a sale that differs from the order). With one, the row opens that order; with more, it opens Channels. The owner and admins see these rows, the same people who can open Channels.
