User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Onboarding

You can leave setup and come back to the same step. On the launch step, each policy has its own Save button. The checklist links take you straight to the field. Save settings saves the whole form, including payments and dispatch time. Your saved entries will be there when you return.

Create one Kyloth account at Kyloth Accounts, then continue to Commerce setup to create your shop. You choose a name, and that name becomes your shop's address. The same account works across Kyloth apps; business access is checked separately.

Choose Continue with Kyloth Accounts on the sign-in page. Sign in with your existing email and password, or choose email-code sign-in when available. If you are already signed in to Accounts, you can continue without entering your credentials again. Confirm your email first if you have not already. Check the business, then confirm in Commerce. Only a business with current membership and active Commerce access is offered. New accounts can return to setup from the signup page. Each product keeps its own session; signing out of Accounts does not sign you out of Commerce. If a request expires, start again from the app's signup or sign-in page.

  1. Continue from Commerce signup to Kyloth Accounts. Sign up with an email address or with Google when available. If asked to confirm your email, open the emailed link, then return to sign in. The link lasts one hour; the confirmation screen can send another. Continue back to Commerce to start setup.
  2. Name your shop. The name you pick becomes part of your address, so pick the name your customers already use for you.
  3. Write your shop headline and add a WhatsApp number if you want customers to message you. These appear on your storefront. Colours follow your selected theme and can be customised from Themes in the dashboard.
  4. Review your theme choice during setup. You can choose again here if your earlier selection is missing. The theme is a setting and you can change it later without touching a single product.
  5. Add your first product, or bring a whole catalogue in from a spreadsheet.
  6. Imported products start as drafts. Use Review and publish products on the launch checklist, open each product, tick Visible on my shop and save. Return to setup when your catalogue is ready.
  7. Publish. Until you do, your shop answers with a not-found page for everybody except you.
Before you continue
A shop that is not published is invisible, including to you when you are signed out. If your address shows nothing, check whether the shop is still a draft before you check anything else.
