Finding your way around
Getting to any page without hunting for it.
Where: Anywhere in your dashboard
Open Resources in the website menu for the learning hub: Journal articles, product workbooks and the Help centre. Choose a product in Resources to find its workbook. In the Journal, choose a product, then a subtopic: Commerce covers checkout and delivery, Table covers menus and service, and Clinic covers appointments and administration. Table and Clinic each have ten guides. Keyword search and numbered pages keep your selection in the URL. A product with no published articles points you to its workbook instead. Each article includes a contents list, practical diagrams, further reading and its own questions and answers. On phones, open Search, topics & article navigation near the title. The Resources menu also rotates through the Commerce, Clinic and Table PDF workbooks; use its pause and previous/next controls. Choose your topics in the inline newsletter panel to view the available interests and agreement; subscriptions remain unavailable until activation. Share or Copy link lets you pass the article on. Like this article records anonymous feedback separately from signup. Reader comments require a display name and are reviewed before publication; submitting one does not subscribe you.
Commerce’s free buyer-confidence workbook can be read on the website. To receive its printable PDF when email requests are available, enter your email, read and tick the promotional-email agreement, then choose Email me the PDF. The box starts unchecked. Request recorded means your email request is queued; it does not confirm arrival in your inbox. The page does not display a download link. If the result is uncertain, Retry same request keeps your original request instead of queuing another email. When email requests are unavailable, a published guide remains readable on the page.
Kyloth staff manage and preview each workbook’s published version. An emailed PDF link opens the version requested, even if staff later publish an update. It expires seven days after the request is recorded; archiving the guide also stops access. Forwarding the link shares access to that PDF. Opening the link does not confirm an email subscription or reverse an earlier unsubscribe. The guide request records your promotional agreement locally; it does not enroll contacts with an email provider or send a promotional campaign. After reading, use Like this workbook to leave anonymous feedback, or Liked · undo to remove your like. Likes are separate from agreement records and are not verified purchases.
On Kyloth’s homepage, Meet the products lists the five products, and Designs for every product has a tab for each: choose a tab, then use the arrows or swipe to move along its designs, and open a card to see that design’s page. On the Commerce page, choose a stage in the business story to move from a storefront to a customer conversation and the next step. Play and Pause control progression. With reduced motion enabled, choose stages yourself. Watch the Kyloth story on the homepage and Watch the Commerce story on the Commerce page open short, silent photo stories; press play in the player when ready. Closing the player stops playback. The photographs illustrate business situations and do not identify actual customers or staff. The announcement arrow changes messages; the close button hides the bar.
On the public Kyloth website, all five products have equal places in the product navigation and footer. Each overview explains the complete journey being built, what you can explore now and what remains unfinished. The Live label refers to the public product presence; sign-up stays closed. Opening a product page does not add it to your business. Reach your customers and Support your shop link to the add-on scopes. The bottom row links to legal information and support. Commerce pricing is available from Commerce navigation; the main Kyloth navigation covers the product family.
Open Products in the main website menu to see Available in preview and Upcoming products. Open Add-ons for Mail, Social, Marketing, AI assistance, Customer chatbots, and Setup & integrations. Each option takes you to its scope on the Add-ons page. These add-ons are in preparation; public signup and service bookings are not open. On a phone, open the menu and expand Add-ons to find the same options. Reading an option does not subscribe you, connect an account or activate a service.
Press Command and K together, or Control and K on Windows, and a box opens where you can type the name of any page. Start typing, press Enter, and you are there. The Go to box at the top of the menu on the left does the same thing if you would rather click.
It takes you to pages and does nothing else. Nothing in it cancels, refunds or deletes anything, so you can type into it freely.
The name at the top left of your dashboard is the product you are working in, and it is also how you move to another one. Press it to see every Kyloth product your business uses; a product your business does not use is not listed. Each product has its own menu on the left with only its own pages, and its own Today page. You can also press Option and a number together (Alt and a number on Windows), 1 to 5 in the order the list shows, to go straight to a product's Today page. Business settings sits under the list. On a phone, the product's main pages are tabs along the bottom of the screen, and More opens the full menu with the product name at its top.
Your name at the bottom of the menu opens your account: Business settings, Notifications, Help and support, and Log out. It also holds Support details. Turn it on when Kyloth support asks for something technical, such as a revision number or an exact time in UTC: it shows those details on the pages that have them. Turn it off again for everyday work. It only changes what this browser shows; it changes nothing in your business.
