Check what a marketplace paid you

Import a marketplace payout report and see which orders were paid, paid differently or not paid yet.

User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Dashboard, Catalogue, Channels, choose a channel, Payouts

Use this after you have imported that channel's orders. Kyloth reads the payout or settlement report you download from the marketplace's seller panel and matches each amount to the order with the same marketplace order id. It does not connect to Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho, and the column mapping is Kyloth's, not a verified marketplace template.

  1. Download the payout or settlement report for a period from the marketplace's seller panel and save it as CSV.
  2. Open Channels, choose the channel, and select Import payout report under Payouts. Choose the file.
  3. Check which column is which. Choose the order id and at least one amount: the sale, the marketplace fee, shipping fee, TCS, TDS, refund, adjustment or the net paid. For a report with one row per charge, choose the amount column and the column that names each charge.
  4. Answer how the report writes deductions: with a minus sign, or as plain numbers in a fee column. Kyloth does not guess this. Dates with slashes or dots are read day first, so 20/10/2026 is 20 October.
  5. Select Check the reading. Look at the first orders' amounts and how many orders add up to the net the report states. If fees show a plus sign or few orders add up, change the answer or the columns. Then select Import.
  6. Read the Payouts card: the ledger adds down to Paid to you, and Orders to check lists orders with no matching order, orders that do not add up, a sale that differs from the imported order, refunds and returns, and orders not paid yet with their age.

Importing the same file again changes nothing, however you answer the questions, and a later report that overlaps an earlier one adds only the new amounts. If a report was read the wrong way, select Void beside it under Reports imported and give a reason: its amounts stop counting, nothing is deleted, and you can then import the same file again. An amount for an order you have not imported stays listed until you import that order. Orders are counted as not in the uploaded reports only when they were placed within a report's settlement period or up to 30 days before it; older and newer orders are left out and counted separately. Paid to you is money the marketplace moved to you, not revenue or profit.

Payouts records no payment and changes no order, invoice or stock. Disputes, claims, reserves, payment holds and bank credits stay in the marketplace's seller panel and your bank statement. Fees and tax withheld are shown as the report states them; this is a checking tool, not accounting or tax advice.
