Kyloth

From access to your first order

Prepare your business, publish your catalogue and check the buying journey before sharing your shop.

User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Commerce sign-in, Onboarding, Dashboard, Settings

Keep your shop name, product prices, photographs, dispatch details and customer policies ready. Choose the payment methods you can actually accept. Public signup to create a Commerce shop is closed. These operating instructions are for users with approved access and a Kyloth account for the intended business. Ask Kyloth for access guidance; reading this manual does not create a shop or grant access.

  1. With approved access, open the supplied Commerce sign-in route and choose Continue with Kyloth Accounts. Confirm your email if asked, then return to Commerce and select the business offered by the access screen. Continue through setup only when your approved environment offers it.
  2. Complete setup with your own headline, contact details and theme. Choosing Use my Kyloth address again clears the previously saved custom-domain preference. Add a product or import a CSV. Open Catalog and check prices, options, photographs and whether each item is posted, downloaded or delivered through your course provider.
  3. Open Settings. Save payment methods, delivery prices, dispatch time and policies. Use the launch checklist to return to missing fields. Save each policy or save the complete settings form before leaving.
  4. Publish the products you want to sell, then publish the shop. Open its Kyloth address in a signed-out browser and inspect a real product, its delivery information and the checkout choices.
  5. If you place a test order, use a shop and stock you can safely test. It creates a real order record and can reserve or deduct stock. Check the receipt and Orders page, then handle any cancellation and stock review deliberately.
  6. Share the published shop address only after this check. Use Overview and Notifications for your next actions.
Before you continue
Live card collection and custom-domain connection are not enabled. A theme preview is an example, not your published shop. Customer payments are separate from any subscription or charges for using Kyloth.
