Build and maintain your catalogue

Create a useful product page, organise it and check what customers can buy.

User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Dashboard, Catalog, Collections, Themes

  1. Open Catalog and add a product. Enter its name and price, then its own description and photographs. Choose whether it is posted, downloaded or access to a course. Enter tax, weight and cost information where it applies.
  2. Add options for real choices such as size or pack weight. Check each option’s price and stock rather than assuming it inherits every field from the main product. Add specifications and a size guide where these help the buyer decide.
  3. Place products in the appropriate shelves. A rule shelf chooses its own products; edit the rule rather than trying to file an item into it by hand. Use bundles only when the grouped offer matches what you sell.
  4. Save, then choose Visible on my shop for items ready to sell. Open the published product on the storefront and check photographs, options, price, delivery and payment choices.
  5. Use archive to remove an item from sale while retaining its record. Restore brings an archived item back as a draft; review it before publishing again. Change existing stock through Inventory.

For a download, upload the actual deliverable and inspect its delivery rules. For a course, keep teaching and access arrangements with your course provider. A storefront listing does not create a learning system or certificate service.
