Who can leave one, and the two things you can do about it.

Mitti’s home page can show up to twelve published purchase reviews with author initials, ratings and purchased-product names. The cards slide in a continuous loop; customers can pause or use the arrows. Reduced-motion preferences disable automatic sliding. If there are no published text reviews, that section stays hidden. Demo stories never appear as live customer reviews. Only somebody who bought the product can review it, and only once per thing they bought. They leave it from their own purchase receipt. There is no way to add a review by hand, which is what makes the verified mark on your shop mean something.
- You can hide a review, and you can show it again.
- You can reply to it, and your reply appears underneath.
- You cannot edit what a buyer wrote.
On the product page itself, a shopper can narrow the list to one star rating and can sort it by newest or by highest rated — both are plain links, so they work even with images and scripts off. A star nobody has given is shown but not clickable, so the shelf never offers a filter that leads nowhere.
The rating bars above the list are always drawn from every published review on that product, never only from the page a shopper happens to be looking at. So are the average and the review count printed beside them — all three describe the product, and they agree with each other on a product with twelve reviews or twelve hundred. Pressing a star to filter the list underneath does not redraw any of them: the bars are the map of the whole shelf, and the filter is where the reader is standing on it. What the filter has narrowed to is said separately, in its own line under the bars, as "Filtered to 5 star · 5 of 14 reviews".
