Bags shoppers save for later
Somebody filled a bag, was not ready to pay, and left you a number.
User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.
Where: Storefront, Cart; Dashboard, Catalog, Saved bags
Below the checkout button, a shopper can ask you to keep their bag and leave a WhatsApp number. Nothing is sent when they do — the number just gives you a way to reach them if you choose to.
- Every saved bag shows up in Catalog, under Saved bags, with what it was worth and when it was saved.
- Each one has a Message on WhatsApp link with the words already written. You press it, the chat opens, and they are marked as messaged.
- A bag leaves the list on its own once that phone number places an order — you never have to clear it by hand.
- The link you send reopens the bag at today's prices and today's stock, never the day it was saved. If something has sold out since, the page says so instead of quietly leaving it off.
Before you continue
Kyloth does not message anyone for you unless you switch on the saved bag reminder under Settings, Follow-ups. It is off until you do, it sends email only, and only to a returning customer you hold an email for who agreed to marketing email. Every WhatsApp message is one you send yourself, the same as the waiting list above.
