Where: Class → Enquiries; Today → Admission follow-ups due

Before you continue
Class is an approved preview. Sign-up is closed. Use invented students and guardians; do not enter a real child's details.
  1. Open Enquiries. Owners, admins and front desk can use it; teachers and accountants cannot.
  2. For a call or walk-in, use Add an enquiry: the child's first name, the class of interest if known, a guardian's name and mobile, and a follow-up date if you agreed one. Anything after a space in the first name is not kept.
  3. Open an enquiry to set Follow up on, or book Visit on for a visit or trial class. Booking a visit moves it to the Visit or trial stage.
  4. Use Admit as a student when the family joins. Enter the name you will call the child, their class or batch and the guardian's details. Class creates the student, links the guardian and opens the record. Consent still starts there, with Start consent.
  5. If the family does not join, use Close as lost and choose a reason from the list. Reopen enquiry brings it back if they return.

Today lists admission follow-ups that are due or overdue, oldest first, using India Standard Time, twenty-five to a page. Admitted and lost enquiries leave the list. An admitted enquiry keeps no child detail; the student record holds it.

An owner or admin can turn on Your enquiry page: a public form at your own address where families enquire. It asks for the child's first name only and carries no tracking or advertising tag. Switched off, the address answers as if it did not exist. If your business uses Kyloth Desk, you can also open a Desk lead for the guardian; Desk receives the guardian's name and number, never the child's.

An enquiry nobody has worked for 90 days, with no follow-up or visit date in that time, is deleted automatically. The 90 days is a placeholder period awaiting legal advice.
