Before you continue
Anyone can explore the sample designs. Publishing requires an approved workspace and owner or administrator access. New sign-ups remain closed. Demo names, people and details are invented; use synthetic information during an approved preview.
  1. Open Business templates and choose from Abhyas, Shishya and Pathshala. Switch between phone and desktop, then inspect the available pages. Use the sun or moon button in the website header to change its light or dark mode. Your browser remembers that choice for this design; it does not change another preview or the owner's saved colours. The preview's name and headline changes stay in that preview and do not save a website.
  2. In your product's Website area, turn on your draft website. Choose a template for your kind of business. A business website does not require a Commerce subscription.
  3. Open Website details and publish a programme with its stage, mode, duration, medium, fee information and refund policy. Use Fees on enquiry when appropriate. Add opening hours and a public address. Public tuition batches remain separate from the school setup's classes and sections.
  4. In About, contact and policies, write your story, add a contact email or WhatsApp number, and enter your own terms, privacy policy and common questions. Add Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or LinkedIn profile links when you use those accounts. Press Save website details. Saving changes a published website immediately; a blank page or link stays hidden. Kyloth does not supply legal wording.
  5. Use Arrange sections and words to change the page order and copy. In Opening banner, open Photograph to upload your own landscape image. Add a short description, press Use photograph, then publish the page layout. Remove photograph returns to a text-led opening. Sample photographs do not copy to your website.
  6. Preview the result. Uploads use your available image service; a message explains if it is not configured or access is paused. Selecting another base template removes the applied custom palette so the selected design can show.
  7. Press Publish website. If a required detail is missing, the message names it. Open the public address and check each linked page on a phone before sharing it. Take the website offline from the same screen when needed.

A teacher publishes their own adult faculty profile from My public profile after agreeing to its display. An administrator cannot give that consent for them. Withdrawing it removes the public profile on the next request. Public timetables show published batches and closure weeks, without student lists, contact details or enrolment counts.

Your published pages use your business name and the public details you enter for search titles and descriptions. Kyloth lists populated public pages in your website's sitemap, a list search engines can read. A verified custom domain becomes the preferred address. Draft websites and full sample previews ask search engines not to index them. Removing a public profile removes it from the website and its sitemap on the next request; search engines may take longer to update their own results. These settings do not guarantee a search position.

  1. From Website, open Write website articles. Give the article a title, write its text and add a summary if useful. Upload cover and body photographs through the editor; use only photographs you have permission to publish. Images must belong to this business's recorded uploads. An old image with unknown origin needs a fresh upload. A body photograph stops appearing if its upload record is removed; upload it again to restore it.
  2. Save draft keeps a new article private. Publish makes it available in your website's journal. Saving an already published article updates the public version immediately. Unpublish removes it from public pages and the sitemap on the next request. If no articles are published, the journal page stays hidden.
  3. An owner or administrator needs current access to this website's product to edit or publish. Paused Commerce access does not block a restaurant, clinic or school website with its own active access. Website journals do not accept visitor comments or use shop guides and content hubs.
