User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.
Where: Dashboard, Settings, Your accounts; Orders, order detail
Use the Resend account intended for this shop and an API key beginning with re_. Provider-side sender setup remains necessary; saving a key in Kyloth does not configure or verify a sending domain.
- Open Settings, Your accounts, Email: Resend. Choose Connect or Replace.
- Enter the API key and choose Save. The masked hint lets you recognise the saved connection without showing its complete secret.
- After an order event that should send an email, open that order and inspect its message history. A customer order with no email address has no customer email to send.
- If the record says Sent, check the recipient’s inbox and spam folder as needed. Sent records the handoff to the mail provider. If it says Not sent or refused, check the address, provider account and sender configuration before replacing the key.
Before you continue
This connection is used for your own order alerts. The order emails your buyers receive are sent from Kyloth’s email account in your shop’s name, whatever you connect here, and need that account to be configured. A connection does not create a mailing-list sender or prove inbox delivery.
