Connect, replace or disconnect an account
Use the five account cards safely and verify the real operation after saving.
User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.
Where: Dashboard, Settings, Your accounts
- Open Settings and find Your accounts. Choose the card for Images: Cloudinary, Email: Resend, SMS: Twilio, Customer sign-in: Google, or Test payments: Razorpay.
- Choose Connect, or Replace for an existing account. Enter the complete fields from the account you intend this shop to use. Existing secrets are not filled back into the form.
- Choose Save and check the card. Your account and a masked hint show that Kyloth stored the connection. A visible error means the save needs attention.
- Check an actual supported operation: upload a product image, inspect an order email’s delivery record, or complete an authorised local test payment. Saving credentials does not contact the provider to verify them.
- To remove the saved connection, choose Disconnect. Then check the service’s fallback below. Revoke the credential in the provider account separately if it should no longer work anywhere.
- Images may use Kyloth’s configured account within the included allowance. Your own Cloudinary account changes who supplies and pays for new uploads.
- Email and customer sign-in can use Kyloth’s configured account when available. Configuration and the actual flow still determine whether they work.
- SMS and Razorpay tests require your own account. A saved Twilio connection does not enable a campaign sender; a saved Razorpay test key does not enable live payments.
- Your accounts shows Included images while Kyloth carries the uploads. Check both the image count and storage usage. A provider’s own charges are separate from the Kyloth allowance.
Before you continue
Disconnecting does not delete or move images already hosted with a provider, revoke its keys, or prove that pending work was delivered. Check the affected product or order before replacing a working connection.
