Ask Kyloth for help

Keep a question and Kyloth's replies together in your dashboard.

User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Dashboard, Help

On the public website, open Ask Kyloth to ask about Commerce, Desk, Table, Clinic or Class. Choose a suggested question or type your own, then press Send. AI answers are labelled and link to the public pages used; if AI is unavailable, the chat can show guidance from those pages. Check the source links because answers can be mistaken. You can cancel a request, retry a failed request or clear the chat. Questions and recent questions may be processed by Groq; keep passwords and private business, patient or student details out. Chat stays in this tab until you clear it or reload. For a person, open the support form and submit an enquiry yourself; opening that form does not send the chat.

If you cannot sign in or have a question before using Kyloth, open Support on the public website. Enter your name, an email address or phone number, choose a product and describe what you need. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list. The form links to the privacy policy and does not promise a response time or live chat. After sending, save the private status link if one is shown; anyone with that link can read the public conversation. Without JavaScript, the form still sends but the confirmation page does not show that link. The support-page photograph is illustrative, not a photograph of Kyloth staff.

For custom design, choose Request a design quote on a product page, the template gallery or pricing page. The support form identifies this as a custom-design enquiry and selects the product when known. You can change the product and edit the starter message before sending. Describe your business and the pages or customer steps you need, without sharing passwords or private customer, patient or student details. The discussion covers scope, availability and a written quote. The one-time design and development fee is separate from product subscriptions and any ongoing changes. Sending a request does not book work, take payment or open an account.

  1. Open Help from the dashboard menu. Enter a subject and describe what happened, then open a ticket.
  2. Select a ticket to read its conversation. Replies appear while the thread is open; use Refresh if the connection is interrupted.
  3. Add a reply when you have more information. Resolve the ticket once your question is answered.

Your workspace members can read these conversations. Kyloth's internal staff notes are private. A resolved conversation can reopen when you reply; a closed ticket needs a new ticket.

To ask for a person, choose Talk to a person in an active ticket, or send agent as your whole message. You can send agent when opening a ticket or in a reply. The request stays with the ticket, so adding more information does not cancel it. Messages in the human queue do not mean a person has replied yet.

Automatic answers are not enabled in this preview. If a conversation contains an answer labelled Kyloth's assistant, its source links show documents checked when that answer was written, not a new check today. Use Yes or No under Did this help? to record one verdict. No also asks for a person. If saving has an unknown result, refresh the conversation before explicitly retrying; do not choose a different verdict while the result is uncertain.

Add PNG/JPEG images or screenshots up to 5 MiB each, or MP4/WebM videos up to 20 MiB each. You can paste a screenshot into the message. Include a message, with at most five files and 25 MiB total. File acceptance requires available malware scanning; text-only messages remain usable when scanning is unavailable.

Files stay private to people with current conversation access. Play videos in the thread or use Download. If sending has an unknown result, check submission status and retry only the same message and original files. After a reload, reselect those files in the same order if asked; this protects against duplicate messages.

When Open WhatsApp is available, it opens Kyloth’s support number with your ticket number filled in. Review the message and press send in WhatsApp yourself. Messages there do not sync into Help. If WhatsApp is unavailable, continue in your ticket. Keep passwords and payment details out of the message.

This is an in-dashboard conversation with Kyloth. Opening a ticket does not send an email, WhatsApp message or SMS. Keep passwords, payment credentials and other secrets out of your message.
