Configure the workspace and check capacity

Save business settings deliberately and distinguish workspace changes from account changes.

Approved preview
These instructions are for users with approved preview access. Reading them does not enable a workspace or open public signup. Check each guide for current limits.

Where: Desk, Settings; Team; Customers

  1. Open Settings. General links to team access, pipelines, business fields and service policy. Email, Lead capture, API access, AI assistant and Branding have their own sections.
  2. Owners and admins save workspace settings. Switching sections keeps unfinished edits, but each form still needs its own Save action. After a conflict, reload the saved settings before editing again.
  3. Use Branding to choose the Desk display name, fonts and light/dark colours. Logo upload requires the configured image account; uploading a file alone does not replace the saved logo. Save branding to apply the preview.
  4. Read usage in General and the relevant Team or Customers screen. A configured seat or customer limit can block additions. Invitations reserve seats until accepted, revoked or expired. A refused import does not save a partial batch.

Workspace members cannot raise their own allowances. Ask your preview operator about a capacity refusal. Existing records remain available when a limit blocks new additions. The Desk display name does not change the business's registered name or a Commerce storefront theme.

The account avatar provides Sign out and Appearance. Dark or light appearance is a personal display choice. If sign-out fails, the menu retains an error so you can retry. Reduced-motion preferences apply to the workspace controls.
