Open your approved Desk workspace

Start with the address and account supplied for your preview, then check one customer journey.

Approved preview
These instructions are for users with approved preview access. Reading them does not enable a workspace or open public signup. Check each guide for current limits.

Before you continue
Desk requires approved preview access. Public signup is closed. This manual does not activate a workspace, a paid plan, an AI provider or a messaging channel. Ask your preview operator for the correct address and account.
  1. Open the supplied Desk address and sign in with your own Kyloth account. A Commerce session does not automatically sign you into Desk.
  2. Choose a workspace you belong to. If your preview permits creation, enter your business name to create a Desk workspace. You do not need a Commerce shop.
  3. For an invitation, choose Join workspace and enter the code privately shared with you. Check the business name before accepting.
  4. Add one fictional customer, record a note and create one follow-up. Find that work in the customer history and Today & follow-ups before bringing in a larger file.

Unavailable can mean your membership or Desk grant is inactive, expired or outside the supported preview. Ask the workspace owner or preview operator to check access. A saved link cannot restore permission. Switch workspace returns you to the chooser without transferring access between businesses.
