Prepare, issue and share a quotation

1. An owner or admin opens Quote issuer settings and saves the business name, address and optional GSTIN. Format checks do not verify tax registration. A positive GST estimate requires a saved issuer GSTIN.
2. From a customer or deal, choose New quote. Add a title, validity date, items or services, whole-number quantities, prices and applicable GST estimates. Desk does not classify tax rates for you.
3. Choose Save and review. Check customer and issuer identity, lines, totals, terms and validity. Staff can prepare drafts; an owner or admin must issue the reviewed version.
4. Choose Issue version N. If the source details changed, reload and review again. Later draft edits leave the issued version unchanged.
5. Open the issued version to Copy quote or Download printable quote. The download is an HTML file you can print or save as PDF from your browser. Copying or downloading sends nothing.
6. When the customer responds, open that exact version. Record Accepted, Declined or Unknown, how you learned it and a supporting note. Correct a previous report with a new entry; response history retains earlier reports.

For WhatsApp, open Send this quotation on WhatsApp on the issued version and choose a reviewed conversation for the same customer. Review WhatsApp quotation checks the assigned agent, account, support permission and reply window. Record when and how the customer requested this specific quotation, inspect the complete text, then confirm before Queue reviewed WhatsApp quotation when activated. Support permission alone is not a request for the quote. An uncertain outcome requires Retry unchanged quotation request or status review, never another send.
