Keep each sales opportunity separate and record why its stage changed.

Where: Desk, Sales pipeline; customer details; Settings, Manage pipelines

  1. Open a customer and choose New deal. Select a pipeline, enter a title, owner and optional estimated INR value. A blank value is unknown; zero is an explicit amount.
  2. Use Sales pipeline to switch between the table and stage board. Choose a pipeline or open View deals on a customer to narrow the list. Board counts describe the displayed page.
  3. Open a deal to change its owner, value or stage. A lost deal needs a reason. Reopening preserves the original explanation in history. Reload if someone changed the deal while you were editing.
  4. For pipeline setup, an owner or admin opens Manage pipelines. Rename or reorder stages; when removing a populated stage, select a remaining destination with the same outcome. Review the moves before saving.

Pipeline changes and the affected deal moves save together. Failed saves leave both unchanged. Existing stage outcomes stay fixed, and deal history keeps old labels. Winning a deal does not change another deal, convert the customer's relationship, send a message or create an automatic follow-up.
