Where: Table → Today, or Today in the app

  • Net sales are settled bills less credit notes, for your business day so far.
  • The comparison is the same weekday last week, up to this same time. It appears only if you sold something then.
  • Open bills have been issued and not yet paid. They are not in net sales.
  • Cash taken is what the bills recorded, not what is in the drawer.

Needs you lists unpaid bills from earlier days, what the room hub could not apply, delivery orders waiting, and today's voids, cancels after the kitchen had the order, and prints marked as failed. A row goes away when its record is dealt with. Owners and admins see this. Captains and kitchen screens do not.

  1. On the web, Today is also the floor. Each section is drawn as a room: a free table has a dashed edge, a table with food ready is solid green and pulses, a late table is red with the minutes written on it. Tap a free table to seat it, or a seated one to open it. The old Floor address opens Today.
  2. Needs you sits beside the room. When food is ready, press Mark served on its row. A ring runs for just over a second; press again inside it to cancel and nothing is sent. When the ring closes, the ready dishes are marked served once.
  3. To make the map match your room, an owner or admin chooses Arrange tables, drags each table to where it stands, then chooses Save layout. Without a mouse, focus a table and use the arrow keys; Shift moves further. Cancel puts every table back. Each section is saved on its own, and captains see the same layout but cannot change it.
