Your plan and Kyloth's invoices

What you agreed with Kyloth, what you owe, and how to pay it.

User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Dashboard, Settings, Billing overview

Kyloth sets up its first businesses by hand, so your plan is agreed with a person from Kyloth rather than chosen at a checkout. The billing overview shows that agreement: the product, the plan, the price for each invoice before GST, and where you stand today.

  • If you joined the waitlist, your plan starts with three free months. The page says the day they end, and your first invoice covers the days after that.
  • Otherwise your plan turns on the day Kyloth records your first payment.
  • Each invoice names the dates it pays for, its due date, and how to pay: a payment link, UPI or bank details, or both. Pay with the link or details on the invoice and quote its number.
  • Once Kyloth sees the money arrive, the invoice shows paid, with how you paid and the reference you were given, so you can match it against your bank statement.

Every invoice can be downloaded. Until Kyloth's own GST registration is on its invoices, they charge no GST and say they are not GST tax invoices. Once it is, new invoices show the GST split and a tax invoice number; invoices already issued stay as they were.

Before you continue
If a paid period ends and the next invoice is not paid, nothing is switched off by the date alone. Kyloth talks to you first. If your plan is ended, you can no longer make changes in that product, your public pages keep working, and nothing is deleted.
