Where: Mail → Compose → the arrow beside Send

  1. Write the message, then choose the arrow beside Send and Schedule send.
  2. Pick Tomorrow morning (9:00), Tomorrow afternoon (2:00 PM), Monday morning (9:00), or type a date and time. Times are India Standard Time (IST).
  3. Kyloth saves the draft, checks the saved version against what you wrote and holds exactly that version. The window closes and a notice shows the time, with Undo.
  4. Choose Scheduled in the sidebar to see what is waiting. Cancel keeps the message in Drafts; Edit cancels the schedule and opens the message so you can change it and schedule or send it again.
  • Kyloth sends a scheduled message at its time even if nobody is signed in. Allow up to a minute after the chosen time.
  • At that time Kyloth checks again that you can still send from this mailbox, that your plan's sending allowance has room and that the message is exactly the one you scheduled. If any check fails, the message is not sent and Scheduled shows Not sent with the reason. Open the draft to send it yourself.
  • A scheduled message cannot be edited while it waits. Edit cancels the schedule first, so the version that goes is always one you reviewed.
  • A time must be at least two minutes ahead and within a year.
