Give each phone or app its own login and cut off one without the others.

Where: Mail → a mailbox → Device logins
- On a Provisioned mailbox, pick a person who has read or send access, name the device and choose Issue login.
- Copy the secret from the New login panel straight away. It is shown once; Kyloth keeps only a hash and cannot show it again. If it is lost, issue a new login.
- The login reads Issuing until the mail server confirms it, then Active. It cannot be used before it shows Active.
- To replace a device, choose Issue replacement, wait for the new login to show Active, then choose Revoke on the old one. Only one change to a mailbox can wait for the mail server at a time, so revoking while another is waiting is refused.
- Revoke reads Revoking until the mail server confirms. Treat the login as still usable until it reads Revoked.
- Administration alone does not allow a login to be issued: the person must hold read or send access on that mailbox.
- An outgoing mail session that was already open when a login was revoked can continue until it ends on its own; new sign-ins by that login are refused.
