Read your paid period and renewal date
If Kyloth invoices you by hand, your billing page shows the date you are paid through for each product.
Where: Dashboard, Settings, Billing overview. Owners only.
Some businesses pay Kyloth by invoice and a payment link rather than by card. Each invoice names the period it pays for and the date it is due. Your billing page shows those same dates, and you cannot change them there. Kyloth's staff record the payment once they see the money.
- Paid through is the last day your paid periods cover without a gap. An invoice paid for a later period does not hide an unpaid one before it.
- A late payment pays for the period on the invoice. The next period does not restart from the day you paid.
- Download gives you a plain record of the invoice. It is not a GST tax invoice.
- Nothing is charged automatically. You pay through the link on the invoice, or however you agreed with Kyloth.
If a paid period ends and the renewal is unpaid, nothing switches off on its own. Your store and your exports keep working, and a person from Kyloth talks to you before anything changes.
