Check what Razorpay paid out

Compare each online payment with what Razorpay reports it settled, see fees and refunds as Razorpay reported them, and note what you did about any difference.

User guide
These guides describe implemented workflows. You still need an account and access to the product; individual features can have separate requirements.

Where: Dashboard, Payments, Settlements

Razorpay pays online sales into your own bank account. Kyloth never holds or moves that money, and it does not work out a fee for you. This page puts the figures Razorpay reports next to your orders so you can see which payments were settled, which are still waiting, and where an amount does not add up. Only the owner or an admin of the shop can open it.

  1. Open Payments, then Settlements, and choose the month. Months run from midnight on the 1st to midnight on the 1st, Indian time.
  2. Load what Razorpay settled. Either select Pull from Razorpay, which reads that month from your connected Razorpay account once and changes nothing there, or download the transaction-level settlement report from your Razorpay dashboard and import it. For a file, choose whether its amounts are in rupees or paise; Kyloth does not guess.
  3. Read the status on each payment. Matched means Razorpay settled it for the order's amount. Settled with a difference shows the difference. Not settled, overdue means no settlement was reported more than 7 days after payment. Refunded and Disputed repeat what Razorpay reports; a dispute is recorded and nothing more.
  4. For anything that needs follow-up, select Add a note and write what you did. A note changes no order and no figure; it stays on the record and in the CSV download.
  • A file with a bad row still imports its good rows. The page lists each rejected row with its row number, the field and the reason. Row 1 is the header.
  • Importing the same file twice changes nothing. Importing a corrected file with the same transactions updates them instead of adding copies.
  • Until some Razorpay data has been loaded, payments say Not checked yet. They are not shown as unsettled, because nothing has been checked.
  • Download this month as CSV gives the payments table for your accountant.
Before you continue
The numbers on this page are Razorpay's, shown as it reported them. Razorpay normally settles in 2 working days, and bank holidays or holds can add to that, so Awaiting settlement in the first days is normal. This is a checking tool, not accounting or tax advice. Refunds are still made in your Razorpay dashboard.
