The patient page

Patients see their visits and medicine reminders in a browser.

These instructions are for users with approved preview access. Reading them does not enable a workspace or open public signup. Check each guide for current limits.

Where: clinic.<domain>/portal/<your booking link name>

  1. Share the page link with an adult patient. They enter their name and mobile number exactly as you hold them, and a code is sent by text.
  2. After signing in they see their visits, can cancel an upcoming visit, and see the medicine reminders you set: times, days and dates. The page never shows a medicine name.
  3. A patient can sign out other phones or browsers from the same page. You can also end a patient's sessions from the patient record.

Allergies, documents and a copy of the patient's data are not on this page yet. The patient is asked to call you. The phone app does not show them either.
