Capture leads and review source connections

Manual customer entry and reviewed imports remain available without a marketplace connection. JustDial is not connected: there is no credential form, forwarding address or live webhook to configure. Ask your preview operator before relying on any live lead source.

1. For your own enquiry form, a manager opens Lead capture, saves the Public business name and enables Accept public enquiries. Open enquiry form provides the shareable link when the preview is available. Accepted submissions create separate leads with their original enquiry; no reply is sent automatically. When the business also has Commerce, a bulk or corporate enquiry sent from the storefront becomes a lead the same way, with what the buyer typed as a note and the source “Storefront enquiry (Commerce)”; it appears only after both products are active, enquiries sent before Desk was active are not copied, and the buyer is not messaged. Clear the option and save to pause new intake.
2. For IndiaMART local samples, a manager saves the account reference and enables sample imports. Review fictional or permitted redacted data before importing; this creates real leads and a row-by-row report. Use Retry same import after an interrupted response.
3. A separately configured IndiaMART Pull connection can retrieve an explicitly selected India-time window when enabled. Review retained enquiries before adding leads. This is manual retrieval, not automatic polling or a live webhook.
4. For Meta, open Manage Meta connection to save the app, Page, form, API version and masked token. Check account access when available, then Assign form to workspace after a fresh successful check.
5. Keep Meta local samples in their separate sample screen. They do not connect to Meta. For real accepted notifications, use View received leads to inspect retrieval status and the captured customer.
6. For a stopped Meta retrieval, restore account access and form assignment before Retry retrieval. Repair saved status acknowledges an existing capture without fetching again. Reload a changed or active job before another action.
